Youth Employment

Having identified the career goals through career guidance and counselling youths were made equipped to face their future employers with self-confident and dignity. Through strengthening district NGO consortium VOICE Area Federation took the first step to create a flat form in which the issues related to youth unemployment are discussed and taken possible measures in a collective responsibility as none government organizations operating in the Puttalam District. Further VOICE Area Federation assured the dignity of the employed youths by creating employers’ forums and business Desk.
